No Evaluation Fees
9–5 Monday–Friday you never pay an evaluation fee for a standard service call. After hours you pay a discounted member rate — $59 instead of $129.

19-Point Furnace Inspection +
- Clean or change filter
- Check for gas leaks at valve and line
- Inspect blower motor and wheel
- Check fan amp draw

- Inspect and clean condensate tubes
- Inspect and clean pressure switch and tubing

Water Heater Flush
We flush all the sediment from the tank — maintaining your warranty, extending tank life, reducing scale noise, improving heating speed, and lowering operating costs. Manufacturers recommend flushing at least yearly.

A room-by-room plumbing inspection to catch small leaks, worn fixtures, and slow drains before they become water damage or an emergency call.
Fireplace Tune-Ups & Repairs
Our technician inspects all electrical components of the insert, log set, or built-in unit, makes sure the gas line and hook-up are operating safely, and verifies the vent is clean and functional.
