Bryson Ninow
I'm Bryson Ninow. I was born and raised in Salt Lake and have a passion for helping others. I have two beautiful daughters, and being a dad is my favorite job I've ever had. I love anything wellness and geek out on all things mental health and holistic healthy living. When Jake and I first started S.O.S we had one mission: Give humans honest service for an honest price. We have seen what private equity has done to our market and how it's extracting hundreds of millions of dollars a year from Utah and the rest of the world. So we fight the good fight, ensuring every client is treated fairly and never taken advantage of. We aim for personal excellence from the top down, meaning we spend time educating our team members on things that truly matter: a healthy work-life balance, health and wellness, and we are driven by helping other humans see and reach their potential. We don't ask or teach anything that Jake and I don't practice ourselves. My mission is still the same! To raise two beautiful, healthy, independent, strong young women, and to stand up for our community by being of service day in and day out to whatever is in front of us. I have over nineteen years of experience in HVAC. Over the course of that time, I've had the opportunity to serve people across the state of Utah. No matter how many people have welcomed me into their homes over the years, I never forget a single one. I consider them all friends that deserve to be treated as such. Salt Lake City and the other cities of Utah have a special place in my heart, and I am happy to provide HVAC services and treat you all like an extended family. Aside from my professional experience, I consider myself to be a family man. I am a third generation Utahn and have enjoyed raising my own family in the state I call home. This is the reason we are keeping our HVAC business in Salt Lake City, UT.

Jaren leads the S.O.S plumbing department, coordinating the crews and making sure every plumbing job — from a quick repair to a full install — is done right and on schedule. He keeps the quality bar high across the whole plumbing side of the house.

I have been enjoying the opportunity to provide HVAC solutions for fellow Utahns now for over 13 years. I grew up in Davis county Utah and love the abundance Utah has to offer. When I'm not working or thinking about HVAC I'm trying to get a tee time for golf!
Kolbe Meyers
Kolbe manages the S.O.S HVAC install team, overseeing system changeouts and new installs from the first walkthrough to final startup. He makes sure every install leaves the home clean, comfortable, and running the way it should.

Kellen is a lead installer on the HVAC side, running install crews on furnace, AC, and heat pump projects. On his job sites, craftsmanship and attention to detail set the standard.
Cory Laughter
I am born and raised in Ogden Utah, and have been working in the HVAC industry for over 20 years including commercial install, residential install, service and now sales. I have a great family with 3 brothers and 2 amazing kiddos with a whole slew of nieces and nephews. I really enjoy golf and spending time with my kiddos.

Kris is one of our plumbing field techs, handling service calls across the Wasatch Front — repairs, drains, water heaters, and more. He shows up ready to diagnose the problem and explain the fix in plain language before any work begins.
Mike Draper
Mike is a plumbing field tech who takes care of the everyday service calls that keep homes running — leaks, fixtures, water heaters, and everything in between. He brings the same fair, honest approach S.O.S was built on to every visit.
